- Penn Benefits Center Staffed by ADP Benefit Services, this is the University’s partner for the administration and service delivery of health and welfare benefits. Call the Center at 1-888-PENN-BEN (1-888-736-6236) if you have questions about your medical, prescription drug, dental, and group life insurance benefits as well as your health care and dependent care pre-tax expense accounts.
