Since celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2022, the Program in Asian American Studies (ASAM) has doubled its faculty, multiplied its course offerings, and inaugurated the first named postdoctoral fellowship in Asian American studies in the Ivy League.

Please join Penn Arts & Sciences and the University of Pennsylvania Asian Alumni Network (UPAAN) for an engaging event at the Penn Club NYC with ASAM co-directors Professor David L. Eng and Dr. Fariha Khan. Enjoy refreshments, a program update on why Asian American studies is more urgent than ever, and conversation with fellow alumni as well as ASAM leadership and faculty.
