The Fels Institute of Government Graduation Ceremony will occur on May 19, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the National Constitution Center, located at 525 Arch Street.
Keynote Speaker
Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker, G’16, LPS’16, an alumna of the Fels Master of Public Administration program, will speak. Parker has been a high school English teacher, State Representative, and a member of Philadelphia's City Council before being elected Philadelphia’s 100th mayor and the first woman mayor of the city.
