The Penn Student 1.5 Minute Climate Lectures
In September of 2019, professors and students from across the University united in a series of 1.5 Minute Climate Lectures to sound the alarm about the climate emergency, to call for large-scale climate action, and to share a vision of constructive and comprehensive response.
With inspiration from last fall’s 1.5 Minute Climate Lectures hosted by the School of Arts & Sciences and Professor Simon Richter, the Student Sustainability Association at Penn, the undergraduate umbrella sustainability group, is excited to be hosting a student-led 1.5 Minute Climate Lectures series featuring undergraduate and graduate speakers as part of Penn’s inaugural Climate Week.
