Postdoctoral Fellow Kunyu Wang Selected for CAS Future Leaders Program

Kunyu Wang

Postdoctoral fellow Kunyu Wang was selected for the CAS Future Leaders Program, a division of the American Chemical Society. The opportunity provides early-career scientists with leadership training and connection to peers worldwide. Wang is one of just 35 people from 13 countries and 33 different graduate or postdoc programs chosen for the honor. The program itself takes place in August 2024 and participants will present their research at a conference in Denver in the fall.
 
Wang works in the labs of Christopher Murray, Richard Perry University Professor, and Shu Yang, Joseph Bordogna Professor of Engineering and Applied Science. He is also a Vagelos Institute for Energy Science and Technology fellow. His research focuses on nanoscale porous materials for mesoscale smart materials.
