Participation in the program requires the approval of the director of graduate studies (or the department chair) and the graduate school dean at both the home and the host institutions. Please include the email from the instructor that grants you permission to take the course. The deadline to submit an application is two months prior to the registration date at the host institution. Your application will not move through the process until all signatures and required materials are received.
